Job Summary

Provide expert Hazard Communication support by creating and managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels and staying current on emerging regulations for assigned product areas. Serve as a liaison across business groups, manufacturing, R&D, sales, legal, customers, distributors, and plants. Monitor regulatory changes, analyze issues, and develop response strategies, coordinating product safety guidance through the Product Safety team and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a liaison with business groups, manufacturing, R&D, sales and marketing, technical services, legal, and customers on Hazard Communication issues for assigned products.
•Manage and resolve customer requests for Safety Data Sheets (SDS)/labels in line with international regulations and requirements.
•Monitor and manage emerging issues and changing regulations, including issue analysis, response strategy, and execution plans.
•Participate in developing, planning, and implementing programs and procedures in compliance with Company Operational Excellence expectations.
•Coordinate regulatory support within the Product Safety team and serve as a resource on manufacturing processes, product compositions, target markets, and related regulatory issues.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS technical degree (chemistry, engineering, or an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) discipline).
•Minimum 6 years of functional experience in regulatory, Product Stewardship, EHS, or product technical R&D (preferred).
•Knowledge across two distinct manufacturing areas or product lines (e.g., polymers, chemicals, compounds), with expansion as appropriate.
•Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
•Strong English verbal, written, and presentation skills.
