Principal Engineer - Architectural Civil Substation Engineering Design Team (Detroit, MI, US)

Plan and conduct intermediate to complex engineering activities using sound engineering and scientific principles across multiple areas. Develop, coordinate, and direct large or complex critical projects and field engineering assignments, and contribute to process improvement teams. Initiate engineering studies, propose solutions, and develop engineering project presentations for stakeholders. Build models and analyze data to support improvement programs and help resolve engineering issues, including mentoring less experienced engineers.
