Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct Quality Assurance Technicians, including scheduling and coverage for key personnel absences.
  • •Oversee in-plant food safety and quality activities and food safety training programs.
  • •Monitor and verify HACCP critical control points daily and support HACCP plan updates with the QA Manager.
  • •Investigate customer complaints and help implement corrective actions to eliminate root causes.
  • •Verify labeling, date coding, packaging accuracy, and product compliance; evaluate organoleptic attributes and support sanitation oversight, sampling, and environmental monitoring.
