Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula support to clients.
  • •Attend births as a doula and deliver exceptional doula care.
  • •Participate in Loula’s partnership process, including screening via the interest form.
  • •Build and maintain your own doula practice within a non-exclusive network.
  • •Coordinate with Loula’s team for credentialing, billing, and payment so you can spend more time with clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Be located in California; otherwise an introductory meeting cannot be scheduled.
