  • •Act as a subject matter expert for Global Payroll, staying current on Remote product features and industry developments to provide strategic guidance.
  • •Communicate the value of Global Payroll through tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations.
  • •Develop sales collateral and solution playbooks, including objection handling tools for the Global Payroll buyer journey.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country/state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes and using consultative techniques to uncover needs and deliver recommendations.
  • •Strong sales acumen with knowledge of sales processes and cycles in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
  • •Excellent storytelling and communication skills to explain complex payroll concepts to HR and executive audiences.
  • •Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience; professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or HR/payroll credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a strong plus.
