Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop risk reduction initiatives and support employees and leadership in implementing safety improvements.
  • •Organize EHS development programs, monitor progress, and ensure safe operations in line with Huntsman standards and local regulations.
  • •Oversee occupational safety, fire protection, and disaster management activities.
  • •Participate in incident investigations, internal/external audits, and official inspections; follow up on corrective actions.
  • •Maintain up-to-date EHS procedures, monitor contractor compliance, and conduct occupational safety and fire protection training.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum secondary-level EHS qualification (EHS Technician, EHS Officer).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a related EHS role in the manufacturing industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of EHS principles and compliance requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • •Confident professional English skills (spoken and written), plus excellent communication and influencing skills.
