Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional service to each and every customer in a proactive and positive way.
  • •Be part of On’s community activity and lead the event in the future.
  • •Work together with Store Leader and team to achieve store target and retail performance.
  • •Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems.
  • •Create an inclusive experience by treating all customers with respect.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree; the combination of experience and education will be considered
  • •Ability to greet customers in English
  • •Entrepreneurial and team spirit, collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
