Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-contract award activities for bid submissions, including alignment of terms and conditions with project documentation and lessons learned.
  • •Support PROM activities and customer contract negotiations as required.
  • •Manage post-contract award setup and contract governance, including schedules, summaries, kick-off meetings, commercial management plans, and records management.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional contract activities across project, engineering, SCM, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, JV/consortium partners, QHSE, legal, finance, and business line management.
  • •Chair commercial management meetings, ensure project-level contract management and claims success, and supervise contract specialists and trainees. (Manages Graduate Trainees Contracts Administrators and/or Contracts Specialists.)

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, legal, Commercial, or Quantity Surveying) plus 7 years of contracts management experience.
  • •Proven contract management experience in the EPC/EPCI industry (Energy Transition, Onshore/Offshore, or Subsea and Floating Facilities such as FPSO/FPU).
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles across design, procurement, construction, and installation phases.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex contract requirements to identify potential risks.
  • •Proficiency with contract management software and the MS Office Suite, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
