Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments (Production, Quality, Shipping, Training, Engineering) to ensure alignment and smooth operation.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of department quality, productivity, capability, and capacity; collaborate with Team Leads to meet production plans and drive safety opportunities.
  • •Communicate business objectives, expectations, and feedback to team members; provide timely status updates to leadership; foster cross-functional collaboration within the Supervisor team.
  • •Drive team member development through coaching and mentoring; model ZOLL leadership qualities and accountability.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives by directing product teams, leading Tier meetings and root cause/corrective actions, and supporting PULSE initiatives and daily management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Associates degree or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • •Three to five years minimum leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment or equivalent; Supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Experience applying Lean Manufacturing Concepts preferred.
  • •Ability to develop and mentor team members, coach for performance, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and manage safety and quality initiatives.
