Job Summary

Support and report to assigned Project Managers or Project Director on large-scale municipal projects, managing civil scopes through design and construction phases. Help deliver client services at the highest level by coordinating documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals, inspections, change orders, and closeout. Oversee external design consultants, communicate design standards, and support commissioning activities while handling multiple fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and report to assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director, including frequent interaction with owners, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
•Assist Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating, and administering civil scopes across design and construction phases.
•Help prepare and maintain project documentation and support project management software with reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, inspections, and closeout.
•Manage external design consultants through design and construction, and communicate design standards to internal and external partners.
•Oversee civil design deliverables and support commissioning of electrical scopes to coordinate toward project completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree in civil engineering or construction management (preferred).
•Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs.
•Construction consultancy experience is strongly desirable.
•Experience in civil design and prior commissioning experience.
•Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite, with strong client-facing presentation skills.
