Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
  • •Participate in design reviews, optimizing electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
  • •Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering, and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
  • •Track manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment (HV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS) and supervise on-site electrical installation and testing for code/design compliance.
  • •Manage electrical change orders and regularly report electrical progress, quality, and risk; coordinate energization, commissioning, integrated testing, and preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Building Electrical, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management for data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
  • •Familiar with end-to-end management of electrical systems from design through tendering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • •Experience preparing electrical technical RFPs and evaluating suppliers.
  • •Familiar with power system codes and utility connection application processes; strong independent decision-making and communication/coordination skills.
