Key Responsibilities

  • •Own features and systems end-to-end, from user discussions and requirements through architecture, implementation, and production iteration.
  • •Convert unstructured permitting documents, city regulations, and jurisdiction workflows into reliable product experiences with AI at the core.
  • •Build and ship agent-driven work at high velocity, directing and reviewing AI coding agents while maintaining the quality bar.
  • •Make technical and product decisions with direct impact on customers and their projects.
  • •Raise the bar through design review, mentorship, and the standards set in your own work.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • •Own significant product surface end-to-end, from requirements through production.
  • •Fluency in modern full-stack development, including TypeScript, React, and Google Cloud (or similar).
  • •Hands-on experience building with AI coding agents and LLM-powered features with shipped results under your direction.
  • •Ability to architect durable systems with pragmatic tradeoffs.
