Job Summary

Lead revenue assurance review projects to identify billing leakages and ensure billing completeness and accuracy. Perform deep analysis of data systems and process flows to resolve root causes, validate billing logic by recreating billing from core systems, and partner with pricing teams to assess pricing gaps. Own QMR audits using standardized frameworks, develop risk-based review plans, estimate revenue impact, and communicate recovery actions to regional finance and senior stakeholders.

•Lead and own revenue assurance review projects to identify billing leakages and ensure billing completeness and accuracy.

•Validate billing logic by recreating billing from core systems and comparing it with actual billed amounts.
•Perform on-site or virtual QMR audits using standardized audit frameworks and complete pre/post audit documentation.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy, implement fixes, execute back-billing, and communicate recovery actions.

Key Requirements

•CA/MBA (Finance preferred) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
•CPA/CFA certification is an added advantage.
•Strong proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office applications, and data analytics.
•Demonstrated success in Revenue Assurance and ability to thrive in project-based roles.
•Excellent analytical and communication skills to simplify and articulate complex issues.
