Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and set credit limits for new customers based on risk analysis and company credit policy.
  • •Manage credit approvals and ensure compliance with established credit limits to facilitate order releases.
  • •Oversee credit and collection activities for significant customers and distributors.
  • •Develop forecasts for accounts receivable and overdue payments and monitor delinquent balances with overdue follow-up.
  • •Lead a team of credit and collections specialists; resolve credit/collection disputes and support account reconciliation and cash application activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • •Background in F&A, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • •Collections experience is desirable; customer service focus is required.
  • •Preferably has SAP and Customer Master data process knowledge and experience in Gulf and Levant markets.
