Senior Manager Business Operations

Lead the North America business operations function for SeaStar, driving business results through KPI monitoring, cost-benefit analysis, and financial and customer insights. Own supply chain strategy and the NA SI&OP process, manage demand forecasting and inventory management across sites, and develop production/distribution network planning. Build and improve policies, procedures, and master data accuracy while collaborating globally with manufacturing, purchasing, and corporate teams to deliver growth and innovation plans.
