Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive technical strategy and roadmap for a Personalization Platform enabling real-time, personalized experiences across products.
  • •Partner with product, data science, cloud infrastructure, and ML platform teams to co-develop recommendation systems and algorithms.
  • •Develop and maintain a scalable rules engine for business-driven personalization logic integrated with ML recommendations.
  • •Design, build, and maintain ML infrastructure and pipelines covering feature extraction, training, evaluation, deployment, and real-time/batch inference.
  • •Architect low-latency, event-driven systems and evolve MLOps with automated deployment workflows, validation testing, and monitoring/observability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,200 - 359,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 10 years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • •At least 7 years programming in C, C++, Python, or Scala.
  • •At least 4 years with the full ML development lifecycle in a business-critical setting.
  • •8+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or holding a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
