Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage early in strategic enterprise opportunities to set technical direction and align on customer outcomes for Keeper’s identity security platform.
  • •Lead discovery sessions to uncover privileged access challenges, technical requirements, and constraints across complex customer environments.
  • •Design and articulate reference architectures mapping Keeper platform capabilities to hybrid cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments.
  • •Support proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements for high-priority enterprise opportunities.
  • •Deliver executive presentations and technical briefings, and partner with Sales Engineers, Product, and Sales Leadership to align resources and elevate engagement quality.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in enterprise technology, including at least 5 years in senior customer-facing pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical advisory roles.
  • •Deep expertise in identity security, identity and access management, or privileged access management.
  • •Strong working knowledge of enterprise PAM concepts, including least privilege, zero standing privilege, secrets management, session management, and privileged account governance.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex technical engagements with enterprise customers, including discovery, architecture design, executive presentations, and competitive positioning.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise identity ecosystem components such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, cloud IAM, SIEM integrations, IGA platforms, and DevOps or CI/CD environments.
