Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain an effective Cyber Governance Program, including policies, standards, and frameworks, to manage cyber risks within approved appetite and ensure compliance with CPS 234, APRA regulations, and Allianz Group Security Standards.
•Oversee AAL’s cyber risks, controls, and issues, providing recommendations to reduce risk exposure and enable informed decision-making.
•Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and analysis for Management and Board, detailing compliance, maturity, and metrics aligned with the Cyber Strategy.
•Act as a key liaison for internal teams, external suppliers, and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution of cyber-related matters.
•Collaborate with the Global Cyber Security community, IT, and Security Operations teams to drive the Cyber Strategy and foster a centre of excellence for cyber governance.
