Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general administrative functions to support the sales process and routine project documentation, materials tracking, and administrative closeout.
  • •Issue and reconcile purchase orders, including purchase order issues, equipment orders, and vendor order purchase order processing.
  • •Obtain and update estimated ship dates, coordinate shipping updates with customers, and manage receipt/distribution of installation operation and maintenance manuals (IOMs) and submittals.
  • •Maintain forecasted cost at completion, monitor assigned project budget to control expenses, and support project cash-flow management.
  • •Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective action, communicate with customers and internal staff, and ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology with a minimum of three years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience.
