Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular inspections of building structures and assess their condition to identify repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and building systems.
  • •Willingness to be on-call for emergencies outside of normal working hours, with strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
