Sales & Service Lead - Ala Moana

Lead an exceptional in-store guest experience by coaching the team on guest connection and technical product education. Drive daily customer relationships, analyze performance reports to deliver results, and implement action plans to address gaps and growth opportunities. Ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives, while partnering with Operations and Visual leadership on budgets, inventory control, and vendor/facilities needs. Oversee associates and cashiers, including recruitment, development, and ongoing feedback.
