Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.
  • •Digitize workplace services by transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows.
  • •Design and implement applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies.
  • •Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify automation opportunities and process improvements that enhance employee experience.
  • •Develop dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions, and assist with integrating data across multiple systems and sources.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles.
  • •Knowledge of, or strong interest in, app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint is preferred.
  • •Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
