Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve risk and compliance capability, ensuring governance, safety, and control frameworks are embedded across the business.
  • •Establish, enhance, and manage an enterprise risk management framework and partner on action plans to mitigate operational, strategic, financial, and reputational risks.
  • •Develop and maintain legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance policies; monitor legislative changes and drive compliance initiatives.
  • •Strengthen internal controls through reviews and audits, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting effective governance.
  • •Deliver risk reporting and insights to senior leadership, and support loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage, theft, and fraud.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in risk, compliance, audit, governance, or internal controls.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • •Experience developing and implementing enterprise risk programs.
  • •Workplace Health & Safety experience.
  • •Ability to influence and engage stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills.
