Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform onboarding support and account maintenance to ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • •Review onboarding documentation and create/maintain entity identifiers, user and trade accounts.
  • •Support quality-controlled processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades in line with LSTA/LMA standards.
  • •Identify internal and external account or system issues and collaborate on resolution plans and escalations.
  • •Capture and relay user feedback, and crosstrain with neighboring divisions to handle issues across products.
