Associate, Loan Platforms Support

Support the day-to-day operations of a syndicated loan market platform by onboarding new clients and accounts, conducting data research and processing, and maintaining accurate entity, user, and trade identifiers across multiple platforms. Help internal and external clients with self-service functionality and platform integrations, ensure deadlines and quality-controlled procedures are met, and proactively identify and escalate account or system issues while collaborating with product and relationship teams.
