Job Summary

Work directly with strategic customers to identify high-value AI workflows and translate them into evals and post-training opportunities. Lead technical workstreams from discovery through POC, deployment, expansion, and case studies, defining use cases, success metrics, eval design, environment requirements, and milestones. Partner with Applied Research to inform the roadmap, help prioritize frontier-impact work, and drive real revenue through qualification, scoping, proposal, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-priority customer workstreams from technical discovery through POC, deployment, expansion, and case study.
•Identify valuable AI workflows, translate them into evals and post-training opportunities, and define success metrics.
•Turn ambiguous customer problems into crisp scopes covering use cases, eval design, environment requirements, integrations, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
•Partner deeply with Applied Research to bring customer signal into the research and product roadmap and prioritize field-relevant evals, environments, agents, and post-training recipes.
•Drive revenue by guiding customers through qualification, legal, scoping, proposal, procurement, POC, deployment, and expansion while maintaining senior customer relationships.

Key Requirements

•Experience with forward deployed engineering or technical GTM and owning customer-facing outcomes through POC and deployment.
•AI product strategy or applied AI experience, including solutions architecture for highly technical products.
•Experience with ML engineering, applied research, or AI engineering with direct customer exposure.
•Product management experience for AI, infrastructure, devtools, or enterprise software.
•Strong written and verbal communication, comfort partnering with executives, researchers, engineers, and operators while running multiple complex customer workstreams.
