•Build and manage a portfolio of strategic agency partners to support long-term growth.
•Develop scalable strategies to increase creator participation and content supply across key verticals.
•Partner with agencies on growth strategies for creator recruitment, engagement, and monetization.
•Monitor agency and creator performance using data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities to improve livestream quality, activation, and revenue.
•Lead training sessions and workshops for agencies on platform strategy, LIVE monetization, and creator growth.

Key Requirements

•Experience in consulting, partnerships, strategic account management, business development, or sales.
•Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term client or partner relationships.
•Strong analytical skills using data to drive strategic recommendations.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
