Job Summary

Support the Construction Manager in coordinating contractors for clean utilities systems (compressed air, purified water, steam, drainage) on pharma/ life sciences projects. Manage drawings (BIM alignment), cost control and change management, and oversee scheduling, quality and safety, with site-based travel between Madrid and Salamanca.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to their discipline on site.
•Ensure construction drawings are aligned with the BIM model and are drawn from the latest updated drawings; ensure contractors use current drawings.
•Verify that execution aligns with the previously approved design and specifications.
•Support the Cost Manager in cost control and change management, including reviewing payment certificates and change orders.
•Monitor contractual compliance, schedule, quality (via the Design/Engineering team), and safety (via the HSE coordinator); coordinate startup and commissioning activities for systems within their discipline and handover to the client.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field
•Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (B1)
•At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within industrial or pharmaceutical project environments
•Solid experience using MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks
•Willingness to be based on site in Salamanca and travel as needed
