Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead on-site deployment of technical systems — including core hardware units, ground infrastructure, and control software — from site survey through customer acceptance.
  • •Own end-to-end system functionality in the field across hardware and software layers; serve as the senior escalation point for technical issues.
  • •Guide and coordinate a team of Field Deployment Engineers; ensure execution quality, task allocation, and team development on-site.
  • •Oversee system configuration, testing, and validation; own the acceptance process through to customer sign-off.
  • •Deliver expert-level training to customer teams on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting — driving autonomy and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in field deployment, systems integration, or technical commissioning on enterprise-grade or complex electronics systems.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in field or operational environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration in operational environments — complex integrated sensing or control systems is a strong plus.
  • •Strong systems-level understanding: ability to troubleshoot and own resolution across hardware, software, and connectivity layers.
  • •Proven ability to train and bring customer teams — including technical end-users — to operational autonomy on complex systems.
