Job Summary

Build strong client relationships by engaging individuals and small business customers in deeper conversations to uncover needs and recommend tailored solutions. As part of the branch team, you will help attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, open personal and business accounts and deposit products, and support sales/referral goals through proactive calling and in-branch interactions. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products (e.g., checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships and manage centers of influence.
•Maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions.
•Support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions as needed, participating in huddles/debriefs, and working Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel), plus digital technology (mobile apps and web browsing) to educate clients (required).
