Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and maintain technical documentation, including Technical Data Sheets, Application Notes, Product Specification Sheets, Reference Manuals, Training Documentation, How-To Guides, and Technical Web Content for internal and external audiences.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to ensure documentation reflects product features, functionality, and updates across the KVM, AV, and IoT product portfolio.
  • •Apply AI-based content development and editing tools to improve authoring, translation, content reuse, and version control.
  • •Translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise content for diverse audiences (administrators, system integrators, developers, non-technical users).
  • •Manage updates and revisions across channels (web, print, partner portals) and ensure accuracy across all systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in high-tech product manufacturing or related industries.
  • •Experience with documentation management systems, AI-driven authoring tools, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • •Familiarity with KVM, AV, IoT, or related Control Room technology domains preferred.
