Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and publish structured cyber defense training curricula with learning objectives, lab architecture, SOC workflow mapping, and assessment criteria.
  • •Build and maintain hands-on lab modules for GSOC analysts, threat hunt, and incident response teams.
  • •Plan, schedule, and deliver cyber defense training cohort programming, including curriculum refresh, lab provisioning, live instruction, and retrospectives.
  • •Define and operationalize pre- and post-training assessments and report results and KPIs to leadership.
  • •Support cyber range operations: install/configure on-premise network/compute/storage, design segmented threat environments, maintain documentation, and support exercises and system simulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience configuring networking devices, cloud environments, and operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • •Intermediate scripting experience with Bash, Python, and PowerShell, plus experience using APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing infrastructure as code and environment provisioning workflows; ability to design and deliver technical security training to SOC, incident response, or threat hunt audiences.
