Cyber Range Engineer - Cyber Defense Training Lead

Support, operate, and innovate U.S. Bank’s Cyber Range while leading the development and delivery of custom cyber defense training. Create and maintain hands-on lab curricula for SOC, threat hunt, and incident response audiences, including Microsoft Sentinel and AI/LLM security content. Measure program effectiveness with pre/post assessments and KPIs, and provide cyber range operations—installing/configuring infrastructure, designing segmented threat environments, documentation, and compliance-aligned practices.
