Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the AE by moving deals through the sales cycle, confirming meetings, following up on action items, and adding context for smoother handoffs
  • •Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after demos, answer questions, and maintain momentum with prospects
  • •Rebook missed demos by contacting prospects who did not show and rescheduling
  • •Follow up with inbound leads from website or marketing campaigns to convert interest into conversations
  • •Keep CRM organized and up to date with calls, emails, and notes to maintain pipeline visibility

Key Requirements

  • •Sales experience of at least 1 year in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation
  • •CRM knowledge with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar tools
