Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the full marketing strategy for your experiences.
•Develop compelling and scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide, both for partners and for our unique Fever Original events.
•Launch and optimize high-visibility performance marketing campaigns across social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
•Collaborate closely with the growth marketing team to analyze results, identify opportunities, and continuously improve performance.
•Manage the regional P&L and lead large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels and verticals.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in digital marketing, including Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.
•Native/bilingual level of English; a second language is a plus.

•Ability to manage regional budgets and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams.
