Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and DOT inspections, and follow up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment
•Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical/braking/cooling systems, engine electronics, diesel steering systems, and transmissions
•Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions using handheld instruments and pressure gauges
•Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper operation
•Document findings on Repair Orders (RO) using company devices and upload pictures; complete DOT forms timely

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 32.07 - 48.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or equivalent combination
•At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment
•Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties
•ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months
•A valid DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical; valid DOT medical card
