Asset Protection Team Lead (Brampton, ON, CA, L6T 3R5)

Lead loss prevention across assigned Sephora stores in the Brampton area. Support Store Managers with Loss Prevention Programs, review exception reports and cash variances, and assist with internal theft detection alongside the District Loss Prevention Manager. Train and develop Agents, conduct store tours and onboarding, organize quarterly shoplifting blitz events, and support OPEX evaluations and district meetings when needed.
