Job Summary

Lead the design of mixed-signal hardware for Raytheon’s Radar Receiver/Exciter and Transmitter subsystems. You will architect circuits, model and verify designs, integrate and test at multiple levels, transition to production, and potentially manage small projects within the REPA group, onsite in MA with occasional travel.

•Circuit and sub-system architecture, design, modeling, simulation, and verification.
•Integration and test at component, CCA, and subsystem levels.
•Transition to production and technical support to manufacturing and test engineers.
•Occasional travel to supplier, integration, and customer sites may be required.
•Opportunities to manage small projects or processes within area of responsibility.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in two or more of the following areas: Digital Design, RF/Analog Design, production testing and troubleshooting circuits.
•Experience with design tools such as HyperLynx, LTSpice, Matlab, and Mentor Graphics Xpedition; ability to lead a complete design or a small team.
•Ability to obtain and maintain Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
