Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive developer experience programs that link safety/compliance requirements to measurable productivity gains (e.g., reduce time-to-merge and manual toil, improve self-service adoption).
  • •Partner with Developer Tools, Platform, and Engineering teams to identify and eliminate friction points across the inner/outer development loop, translating developer feedback into prioritized roadmaps.
  • •Lead programs by aligning scope and release planning, uniting teams around vision and business goals, and securing cross-functional alignment.
  • •Run Steering Committee meetings to make decisions, remove obstacles, resolve program issues, and ensure business goals are met.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise software/technical program experience or engineering management at an enterprise technology company.
