Key Responsibilities

•Lead and guarantee the excellence of the Service Center operations, promoting high performance and focus on customer experience.
•Analyze performance indicators and processes, developing continuous improvement plans to increase productivity and achieve operational excellence.
•Plan and adjust staffing and resource dimensions of the logistics operation according to demand variation.
•Collaborate with Purchasing, Maintenance, Operations Planning, Safety, Health and Environment, and other areas of the company.
•Ensure safety of operations, proper process execution, and a healthy work environment, fostering engagement and team satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related fields
•Experience in Supply Chain including operations, transportation, planning or related areas
•Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like TMS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python and AI
•Availability for on-site work in Contagem-MG, 6x1, Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours
•Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
