Originate residential 1st mortgage loans from outside referrals, owning each loan end-to-end from application through closing. Build and maintain referral relationships, apply and document applications using Fannie Mae Form 1003, and use tools such as Loan Prospector and LOMAS to transmit and manage the pipeline. Meet sales and cross-selling objectives, provide timely status updates, and follow underwriting, processing, and federal lending compliance requirements.
