Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage national account call center locations and oversee electronic group training and advancement campaigns.
  • •Develop, execute, and present location-specific strategic account plans and forecasts to meet sales targets and company objectives.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key account location managers, producers, and account influencers to drive preference for GEICO and affiliate products.
  • •Coordinate sales strategy execution across deployments by partnering with AOM field counterparts and facilitating calibration sessions.
  • •Monitor and report sales performance, recommend remediation actions, and work with the Director on staff execution plans to grow production across assigned territories and states.
