Job Summary

Lead GEICO’s national account agency operations by managing key account locations, building strategic account plans and forecasts, and driving growth in written premium and policies in force. Partner with account managers, producers, and internal corporate, field, and inside teams to align go-to-market execution across product lines. Facilitate calibration sessions, monitor performance, and support agency onboarding and enablement to improve agent experience and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage national account call center locations and oversee electronic group training and advancement campaigns.
•Develop, execute, and present location-specific strategic account plans and forecasts to meet sales targets and company objectives.
•Build and maintain relationships with key account location managers, producers, and account influencers to drive preference for GEICO and affiliate products.
•Coordinate sales strategy execution across deployments by partnering with AOM field counterparts and facilitating calibration sessions.
•Monitor and report sales performance, recommend remediation actions, and work with the Director on staff execution plans to grow production across assigned territories and states.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,825 - 181,425 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a sales resource working with large, complex customers.
•Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field.
•Proven track record developing and translating sales strategy into results.
•Experience collaborating with key stakeholders and influencing decisions to achieve short- and long-term goals.
•Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with attention to detail and adaptability to change.
