Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and manage top Brazilian business partners to kick off business for the hardline Home & Living category.
•Build and maintain partner relationships; negotiate and secure best deals based on campaigns.
•Help partners expand exposure by leveraging creators’ capabilities or building their own.
•Discover and develop collaborative opportunities aligned with partners’ short- and long-term plans.
•Monitor partner service quality (cancellation/return rates, reviews) and use data to identify pain points and prioritize solutions.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant working experience in a client-facing role with strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.
•Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally in a global environment.
•Customer service orientation and logical/analytical thinking to understand business needs and make decisions.
•Experience in in-category management for Home & Living/Lifestyle hardline categories is preferred.
•Practical experience with social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and social content (livestream/short-video) is preferred.
