  • •Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Logistics across service coverage, delivery speed, order batching and routing, shopper matching, positioning, and pay.
  • •Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver the strategy by translating complex tradeoffs into crisp narratives.
  • •Solve complex fulfillment problems by building 0-to-1 products and services that improve efficiency, speed, and quality at scale.
  • •Lead, hire, develop, and grow a team of product managers, including establishing operating rhythms and development frameworks.
  • •Define success metrics and maintain a rigorous experimentation portfolio using data, first-principles thinking, and user research.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management (or similar), including 4+ years managing and developing product managers (including senior PMs).
  • •Strong marketplace or systems thinking to reason about multi-sided interactions and tradeoffs using data and user research.
  • •Track record leading multi-quarter initiatives delivering products measured by business outcomes (cost, speed, quality).
  • •Strong technical fluency with ML- and algorithms-driven products and comfort working through technical tradeoffs with engineering and ML leaders.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to influence executives and align cross-functional teams.
