Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing client transactions and maintaining accurate records and appropriate handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring to appropriate branch team members.
  • •Advance integrated relationship management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; participate in required leadership routines and training.
