Production Supervisor (Retail) - 2nd Shift

Oversee the day-to-day production operations for multiple departments and shifts, managing employee activity to drive cost, profit, and output goals. Lead training and development, coach and counsel team members, and evaluate performance. Identify and resolve operational issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance through committees and standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain required reports and records.
