Director, Enablement - Skills and Leadership Excellence

Own and execute global sales skilling programs for sales managers and individual contributor sellers. Drive the sales methodology, sales process, and messaging framework to ensure consistency across the go-to-market organization. Lead and develop the team responsible for program execution, coach with value-based selling expertise (MEDDPICC, Command of Message), and partner closely with Field Activation and Execution to keep programs responsive to real field needs. Use AI tools to accelerate development and measure impact.
