Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and technology, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays, while enforcing safety standards and recording asset use/condition.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
