Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers across a defined commercial market. •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
•Use blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and technology, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays, while enforcing safety standards and recording asset use/condition.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
•EPA Certification.
