Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and delegation rules for global workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR systems.
  • •Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • •Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset.
