Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in the project management team under and with guidance from a Senior Design Manager.
  • •Take responsibility for partial areas of design management within a general planning context.
  • •Ensure inter-disciplinary overall coordination and control across all specialist disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, timelines, and contractually owed performance.
  • •Lead project teams, supervise work quality, and proactively manage decision-making while collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience after master/diploma graduation, including at least 4 years in LPH 3–4 and another 4 years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering planning projects in Germany and, ideally, internationally.
  • •Initial experience leading a planning team and supporting project management would be beneficial.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus interest in digital building processes and planning methods.
