Key Responsibilities

•Provide user support for 200+ users, including ticket handling, training, and documentation.
•Participate in the SAP ECC6 → S/4HANA migration in collaboration with the MOA.
•Analyze data to optimize Customer Service data flows and propose process improvements.
•Collaborate with key users for functional test recipes and ERP evolution.

Key Requirements

•Bac+5 in industrial engineering / supply chain.
•Experience with SAP ECC6 (CS module is a plus).
•Ability to resolve technical incidents at levels 1 to 3.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
•Ability to train users and write procedures.

Education:Master's in génie industriel / Supply Chain
