Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and document all truck and trailer traffic entering and exiting the facility.
  • •Ensure team members have valid ID/badges and enforce bag and footwear compliance with company policy.
  • •Operate a golf cart for trailer lot checks during designated hours.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and maintain communication with plant management, drivers, vendors, and team members.
  • •Enter and maintain accurate lot records in Microsoft Excel, document trailer temperatures/fuel levels, photograph trailers with a tablet, and process outbound paperwork aligned with the Bill of Lading.
